We provide the following cleaning services:

 

 

SIMPLE CLEANING

Removes impurities, dust and fingerprints from the surface of your precious jewel. In some cases, it also removes very light scratches on the bright polish surface of the jewel.

 

ULTRASONIC CLEANING

This deep thorough cleaning will remove the dirt from the jewel, for a perfect lustre. Not applicable for pearls, coral, coins and emeralds.

 

REFURBISHING

Refurbishing brings back the original splendour and preciousness of your Continental Jewellers jewel and eliminates any superficial scratches. Incorporates polishing or cleaning of the item and rhodium plating if made of white gold.

 

ENGRAVING

Primarily done on rings. Our craftsmen can advise you on the possibilities of fonts and number of characters.

 

RESIZING

This service is available for rings, necklaces, chains and bracelets. Due to their unique design, some products are impossible to be resized. Our crafstmen will inform you about the resizing specifications for each model.

 

EARRING SERVICE

Have your earrings adjusted to your specification. The earrings clip adjustment increases or decreases the clip tension and gap, and consequently their hold on the earlobe. Post can be added or removed on suitable models.

 

REPAIRS

Accidents may happen. Restore the completeness of your Continental Jewellers jewel by soldering or replacing any missing or broken parts such as stones, clasps and clips.
